Twitch: status questions
Is Twitch down right now?
No problems detected at Twitch right now. We have not received reports about Twitch in the last 24 hours.
Why is Twitch not working for me?
Restart the app or TV device and lower the video quality. Run a speed test: HD needs about 5 Mbps and 4K about 25 Mbps. Sign out of all devices and sign in again if playback keeps failing.
How do I know if Twitch is down for everyone or just me?
If many people report a problem at the same time, the chart on this page rises above the typical level and the status changes to “Possible problems” or “Outage”. If the chart is normal, the problem is probably on your side: your device, app or internet connection.
Where can I find the official Twitch status page?
Twitch does not publish a public status page, so this page relies on reports from users like you.
