Nadex: status questions
Is Nadex down right now?
No problems detected at Nadex right now. We have not received reports about Nadex in the last 24 hours.
Why is Nadex not working for me?
Do not repeat payments while the service is unstable: check your statement first. Try the banking app instead of the website, or the other way round. Card payments in shops may still work even when online banking is down.
How do I know if Nadex is down for everyone or just me?
If many people report a problem at the same time, the chart on this page rises above the typical level and the status changes to “Possible problems” or “Outage”. If the chart is normal, the problem is probably on your side: your device, app or internet connection.
Where can I find the official Nadex status page?
Nadex publishes its official status at https://status.nadex.com/. DownLiveMap checks it every minute and shows any incident on this page.
